Postdoctoral fellow

Nynke joined the Trang lab as a postdoctoral fellow in August 2019. Originally from the Netherlands, she completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and a Research MSc in Fundamental Neuroscience at Maastricht University and defended her PhD degree in April 2018.Her research in the Trang lab will focus on the mechanisms behind acute and long-term effects of opioid withdrawal in early life. Outside of the lab, Nynke enjoys travelling, cooking, and singing.
